(Eastaboga, AL – March 1, 2026) — After Mother Nature washed away this past weekend’s racing action, officials at Cochran Motor Speedway have moved quickly to bring drivers and fans back to the Peach State bullring in a big way. Track officials announced this week that Crate Racin’ USA Street Stock competitors will once again headline a $4,000-to-win feature this Saturday night, March 7, in Cochran, Georgia.
The event comes on the heels of last weekend’s cancellation, which was set to feature the Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin' USA Winter Shootout Series (604 Late Models) finale along with a $4,000-to-win Street Stock showdown. Determined to still give Street Stock teams a marquee opportunity, Cochran Motor Speedway has placed the division right back on center stage with another lucrative payout.
Drivers will have an opportunity to dial in their equipment during open practice on Friday night, March 6, ahead of Saturday’s full racing program. Joining the CRUSA Street Stocks on the card will be the CRUSA Late Model Sportsman (602), Cochran Late Models, Super Street, Factory Stocks, and Crown Vic Pros, setting the stage for a packed and diverse night of competition.
In addition to the strong purse and regional bragging rights, all CRUSA divisions competing at Cochran this weekend will be racing for 2026 Crate Racin’ USA National Points, as the official national points season is now underway across the Southeast.
For additional event details, schedules, and updates on upcoming races, fans and teams are encouraged to follow Cochran Motor Speedway on Facebook or visit the track’s MyRacePass page.
