Mississippi Street Stock Series Set for I-55 Street Stock Shootout at Pike County

(Eastaboga, AL – June 24, 2025) – One of the biggest weekends of the year is almost here, as the Mississippi Street Stock Series presented by Jackson Industrial Services gears up for the I-55 Street Stock Shootout at Pike County Speedway in Magnolia, Mississippi. The three-day showdown runs June 26-28 and promises big money, exciting action, and a star-studded lineup of divisions taking to the high banks.

At the heart of the weekend is the $5,000-to-win main event for the MSSS/CRUSA Street Stocks, with $400 just to start Saturday’s feature. A full field is expected to chase both cash and glory in one of the South’s premier Street Stock events.

Special Awards & Promotions
Richie’s Plumbing Quick Time Award – $150 to the fastest Street Stock qualifier

Harahan Body and Paint Hard Charger Award – $100 to the Street Stock driver who advances the most positions in the feature

A Full Weekend of Action
Thursday, June 26 will open the weekend with a test and tune session for all classes from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The pit gate opens at 2:00 p.m., and three-day pit passes are available for just $100 for adults and $50 for kids ages 6-12.

Friday night’s racing program (June 27) kicks things into high gear with hot laps, qualifying, and heat races for the MSSS Street Stocks, along with the Factory Stock Super Series, CRUSA Late Models, Limited Mods, Stingers, and the return of the Hurricane Area Super Sprints (HASS). Lane Whittington picked up the HASS victory the last time the winged warriors visited Pike County, and he’ll look to repeat against a tough regional field.

Saturday, June 28, will showcase championship night for all classes, highlighted by the $5,000-to-win Street Stock finale. Other headliners include:

Factory Stock Super Series ($2,500 to win)
Stingers ($2,000 to win)
Limited Mods ($1,200 to win)
Open Wheel Mods ($1,000 to win)

And the return of the MSCCS Super Late Models, featuring a $3,000-to-win main event.

The MSCCS Super Late Models haven’t been to Pike County since April 2022, when Bubba Mullins of West Monroe, LA, took the checkers. Fans are eager to welcome the series back for what promises to be a thrilling headline attraction on Saturday night.
